Conditions:
- Tuition payment in full is due at registration.
- No full refunds will be given after the first week of class. Refunds will be processed on a case-by-case basis.
- An administrative fee of 10% of tuition paid is non-refundable.
- A curriculum fee of $45 will be withheld from any refund if the family has received The Music Together®® Songbook/Code/CD.
- Do not come to class sick. Please communicate with your teacher if your child needs to miss class.
- All make-up class need to be completed before the end of the semester you are enrolled in.
Please note: Our classes are a package. Our license does not permit the sale of individual codes or songbooks without enrollment.
By registering for a Music Together or Rhythm Kids® class at Playing to the Beat, you both acknowledge and agree with the following statement:
Parents must be responsible for the safety of their child as well as to monitor their child to see that he/she does not harm others. We strive to create the safest environment possible that will allow for some freedom of expression given the types of materials and amount of activity. By enrolling in classes with Playing to the Beat, you acknowledge the potential risks involved and agree to hold harmless Playing to the Beat, LLC, Playing to the Beat/Music Together staff and instructors, and the organization whose space is used for a class. By enrolling in a Music Together class at Playing to the Beat, a licensed Music Together center, you also agree that any information you provide will be shared with Music Together Worldwide.
